Payment authorization & 24-hour charge
Square setup pending — business verification and payment setup are incomplete. No cards are collected or charged. Holds remain unpaid and are not confirmed bookings.
Proposed policy: with your explicit consent, securely save a payment method and charge your reservation total 24 hours before scheduled departure. This is not an immediate payment or a long-lived card authorization hold. Bookings inside that window require a separately reviewed policy before activation.
Round-trip reservations are charged in full 24 hours before the outbound departure.
If a charge is declined, we'll notify you by email and text. Your seats may be released if payment isn't resolved before departure.
Cancellations
Cancel 24 hours or more before departure: no charge (or a full refund if already charged).
Cancel less than 24 hours before departure: the full fare is charged and non-refundable.
If Copper Creek Transit cancels a trip, you receive a full refund or ride credit, your choice.
No-shows
Passengers who do not arrive at the pickup by scheduled departure are considered no-shows and are charged the full fare.
Referral program
Friends using your code receive a discount on their first booking. You earn ride credit only after your friend completes their first paid trip. Credits have no cash value. Program terms may change.
Riders
WinStar World Casino trips: riders must meet the casino's age requirements. Be respectful — we may refuse service for unsafe or disruptive behavior.

I accept the draft terms for an unpaid seat hold, which expires after 15 minutes or at departure, whichever is earlier. I understand payment processing is unavailable, no card is collected or charged, and this hold is not a confirmed booking. The proposed 24-hour payment and cancellation policy remains subject to review before payment processing resumes.
